3AM:ENERGY is a creative talent agency dedicated to providing personalized strategies tailored to the unique needs of each artist or designer, fostering growth and opportunities in a competitive landscape.
3AM:ENERGY is founded by digital artist and new media curator, Harshini J. Karunaratne (they/she). Amongst many things, Harshini is the co-founder and curator for MANIFEST:IO, the symposium for new media and electronic art, and Berlin New Media Week.
"I know what it's like to feel like there's no space for you. Like you've done so much and yet still feel lost.
So I made my own spaces. I found a way to leverage the many hats I wear and channel them into clear purpose. But I couldn't do it alone.
I've built 3AM:ENERGY to be more than agency: it's a community, with a diversity of approaches to what it means to be a creative working at the intersection of art and tech.
Everyone needs someone at some point in our corner to champion us on. Your creative career doesn't have to be a hustle. It can be path we build thoughtfully and joyfully together."
