The Brief
The Immersive Experience Network (IEN) is an organization based in the UK. On a monthly basis they host a huddle - a networking event bring industry and creatives in the same room.
Such an event dedicated to the immersive experience industry hadn't been hosted in Berlin. We worked to curate and produce the first IEN Huddle in Berlin.
The event would be for anyone building live immersive and interactive experiences: theatre, escape rooms, immersive & experiential art, scare attractions, ARG & transmedia, location-based VR & AR, themed attractions.
What We Did
We curated and produced a networking night at THE_SPACE Kudamm, followed by performances by both Berlin-based and London-based artists.
3AM:ENERGY handled the curation, production and technical setup, and marketing and ticket sales. We also worked to search for the ideal space and negotiated the payment terms with the venue.
The event was highlighted by IFA Berlin and was a featured program during Berlin New Media Week.
